In March 2011, The Chilli Pickle relocated to larger premises in myhotel Brighton. The priority was to retain their originality of serving authentic regional Indian cuisine using great local ingredients, served in their own unique style.

The chefs have been hand picked for their expertise and skills in producing regional Indian cuisine. The slick service remains relaxed but consistently professional with great attention to detail. The interior atmosphere evokes a sense of casual, urban dining you would experience in India’s main cities.

The guides have continued to acknowledge The Chilli Pickle with Michelin rewarding a Bib Gourmand for a second consecutive year.  Further 2011 accolades include; 2 AA rosettes, a mention in the Good Food Guide, top marks for food in Harden’s and being in the top 100 restaurants in the UK National Restaurant Awards.

The Chilli Pickle creates, produces and serves Indian food the way it should be.
